At A. Vogel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
